They store the pollen in sacs behind their legs. This one has been busy!

These little beauties are so hard to get a shot at. After many attempts, I was able to get a few.


I found this old hockey stick leaning against the fence and thought about who might have left it there. It was in a vacant lot.

I took these photographs in Uxbridge a few years ago. I used my “Fish Eye” lens, not being a big fan of that style unless it is a sky shot (because it distorts the image), this time there was no other way to get a shot of the whole barn.
When I switched the lens, looked around, I saw a basketball net on the second level. It made for an interesting shot.



Just think of all the nutrients you can get by adding powdered fruits and vegetables in soups and smoothies.
I dehydrated celery leaves and tomatoes from our garden. Put them in a coffee grinder and turned them into a powder. Great to add a big punch of flavor and nutrients all year long.
